Developing a powerful leadership team is the core competency an organization must have in order to face the financial and quality challenges of health care organizations. Selecting, assessing and developing these leadership teams are among the most challenging tasks of health care executives and boards. Beyond the recital of positions and achievements in their resumes, leadership style and cultural fit are often the most crucial factors of success or failure of an executive or leadership team. The approach a leader exhibits in communication, decision-making, setting organizational direction and giving feedback are crucial elements of success. This program will address methods of assessing these key elements in your own management team and methods of building teams that are both complimentary and synergistic.
